Chocolate Chip Cookies

Serves 3 dozen

Ingredients

  • ¾ Crisco baking butter flavor all veggie shortening
  • 1 ¼ light brown sugar packed
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ¾ cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ¾ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 package of semi-sweet chocolate 1 cup
  • m&m’s
  • Whipped cream

    Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix shortening,brown sugar,milk and vanilla in large bowl.Whipp at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.Then add egg.combine flour,salt,and baking soda.mix into shortening mixture until just blended.Stir in m&m’s and chocolate chips.
  3. Place rounded tablespoonful 3 in. apart onto non-greased pan.
  4. Bake 8-10 mins For chewy cookies.cool for 2 mins on pan. Remove to cool completely
  5. Add whipped cream in between 2 cookies*optional*
  6. enjoy!!!!
