Dessert Crepes

Serves : 8 people



Ingredients

  • 4 eggs,slightly beaten
  • 1 ⅓ cups of milk
  • 2 tbsp, melted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • Chocolate syrup*

Preparation


  1. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar, and salt together until smooth.
  2. Heat a medium  sized crepe pan over medium heat. Grease pan with butter.
  3. Add batter and tilt the pan until the bottom surface is covered up. Then cook over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. Optional: Drizzle liquid chocolate on top of the dessert crepes
  5. Enjoy😁😄
