Dessert Crepes

Serves : 8 people
Ingredients
- 4 eggs,slightly beaten
- 1 ⅓ cups of milk
- 2 tbsp, melted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- ½ tsp of salt
- Chocolate syrup*
Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, sugar, and salt together until smooth.
- Heat a medium sized crepe pan over medium heat. Grease pan with butter.
- Add batter and tilt the pan until the bottom surface is covered up. Then cook over medium heat until golden brown.
- Optional: Drizzle liquid chocolate on top of the dessert crepes
