Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ⅔ - ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 30 Vanilla cookies - crushed
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Cocoa Powder to garnish
  • Cinnamon powder to garnish

Preparation


  1. Grind biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor. You may also crush the biscuits by placing them into a zipped plastic bag and pounding them with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and the vanilla extract together until the mixture is fluffy. This takes about one minute.
  3. Slowly add the condensed milk to the heavy cream mixture and continue to mix until stiff peaks are formed.
  4. In each glass, alternately layer the cookie crumbs and the cream.
  5. Sprinkle the tops with cocoa powder and ground cinnamon to garnish.  Serve with a spoon.
