Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ⅔ - ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 30 Vanilla cookies - crushed
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Cocoa Powder to garnish
- Cinnamon powder to garnish
Preparation
- Grind biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor. You may also crush the biscuits by placing them into a zipped plastic bag and pounding them with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and the vanilla extract together until the mixture is fluffy. This takes about one minute.
- Slowly add the condensed milk to the heavy cream mixture and continue to mix until stiff peaks are formed.
- In each glass, alternately layer the cookie crumbs and the cream.
- Sprinkle the tops with cocoa powder and ground cinnamon to garnish. Serve with a spoon.
