Smores and Ice Cream

The Marivayioso S’Mores ice cream!

Ready in 36 minutes
Serves 9 people

Ingredients!

  • 4-cups chocolate low fat- ice cream
  • 1 cup of miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup  honey- flavored bear- shaped graham crackers (about 48 cookies)
  • 4 tablespoons of caramel sauce

STEPS

1.    Place a large bowl in freezer. Let ice cream stand at room temperature 45 minutes or until softened.

2. With a rubber spatula  or stand mixer, and graham crackers in chilled bowl. Cover and freeze to desired consistency!
3. Drizzle with caramel!
4. ENJOY!
