Waffle Pops

Mini Waffle Pops

Serves:60. Ready in 30 minutes        Ingredients
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose  flour
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoons baking powder
  • ½ salt
  • 1 ½  cups milk
  • 3 eggs,beaten
  • ½ cup butter,melted
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 60 lollipop sticks
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate  chips
  • 6 ounces white chocolate chips
  • ½ cups shredded  sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup chopped roasted macadamia nuts
Preparation
  1. Heat  grease waffle iron before the recipe
  2. Whisk flour,sugar,baking powder,and salt all in one big boal
  3. Whisk milk,eggs , butter,and vanilla  extract all in another boal suri into step 2 boal until moistened
  4. Pour 2 teaspoons of  batter into the already heated waffle iron for each waffle, and make sure to leave spaces between each mini waffle. Put a lollipop stick about 3/4 of the way into each the  batter; close the lid. Cook until golden and crispy for about 1 minute. Move over each waffle pop to a cooling rack and repeat with the batter until done.

  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, 1 to 3 minutes. Transfer melted white chocolate to a pastry bag fitted with a small writing tip or a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped; drizzle over the dark chocolate.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second time frames, stirring after each set of time, 1 to 3 minutes. Then move the melted white chocolate to a pastry bag fitted with a small writing tip or a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped; drizzle over the dark chocolate.
