Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

1/3 c.  honey

1/2 c. soy sauce

2 tbsp.  lemon juice

1 tsp.  red pepper flakes

1/3 c  extra-virgin olive oil

salmon fillets, skin on, patted dry with a paper towel|
salt
black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced

1.     Preheat oven to 450F

2.    Season salmon with salt and black pepper to taste

3.    Wrap salmon in foil wrap, skin side down and place in oven.

4.    Bake salmon until cooked through 12-15 mins, it should be easily
flaked with a fork, but still light pink.

5.    In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice
and red pepper flakes.

6.    Unwrap salmon, and pour the honey mixture over the salmon, and
place in the broiler on high for 5 mins.

Update: Enjoy! This goes great with salad or with yellow/wild rice.
