Creamy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

3  eggs
1 tablespoon of sour cream
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sour cream
salt and pepper, as desired
paprika and parsley to garnish

Steps

1. Bring a pot if water to boil. Carefully place the eggs into the pot and boil for 12 minutes.
2. Run cold water over the eggs until they are cool enough to handle.
3. Use a sharp knife to slice the eggs along their length.
4. Use a spoon to scoop the yolks into a bowl and the whites onto a plate.
5. Add sour cream, mustard, acv, salt and pepper to the yolks.
6. Mash everything together with a fork.
7. Use a spoon or pipping bag to pipe the filling back into the whites.
8. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley
9. Enjoy.
