Ingredients 3 large tomatoes, diced 1/3 cup basil 1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice 2 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 baguette Steps 1 . Dice the tomatoes. 2. Chop the basil and garlic. 3. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper 4. Slice and toast the baguette.
